Our commitment
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is the standard this site is built and tested against, and it is the standard we hold ourselves to when we add something new.
What that means in practice
- Keyboard operation. Every interactive element (the navigation, the menus, the FAQ accordions, and both forms) works without a mouse, in a logical order, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- Screen readers. Headings are properly structured, form fields have real labels, errors are announced, and images that carry meaning have text alternatives.
- Contrast. Text and interface colours are checked against AA contrast ratios in the design system itself, so a new component cannot fail it by accident.
- Reduced motion. If your system asks for reduced motion, animation and smooth scrolling are switched off.
- Resizing and zoom. The layout works at 200% zoom and reflows to narrow viewports without horizontal scrolling.
- No time limits. Nothing on this site expires while you are using it.
Where we know there are limits
The form protection widget on our quote and contact forms is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. It offers an accessible alternative flow, but it is a third-party component and we do not control its behaviour. If it prevents you from submitting a form, call or email us and we will take your information directly. That route is always available and is never worse than the form.
Alternatives, always
If any part of this site does not work for you, you do not have to use it. A licensed agent can take a quote request, answer coverage questions, and send documents by phone or email. That is a full alternative to every function of this website, not a lesser one.
Reporting a problem
If you encounter a barrier on this site, tell us. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. That detail is usually what makes a problem reproducible.

We treat accessibility reports as defects, not feedback: they are triaged like any other bug and fixed on the same basis.
